1. General Provisions

2. These Terms and Conditions are addressed to both consumers and entrepreneurs using the Store and set out the rules for concluding Sales Agreements, placing orders, and the complaint procedure.

2. Definitions

1. Customer – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit without legal personality, placing an Order in the Store.

2. Consumer – a Customer who is a natural person performing a legal transaction with the Seller not directly related to their business or professional activity.

3. Goods / Product – items presented in the Store subject to the Sales Agreement.

4. Sales Agreement – a distance sales agreement for Goods concluded between the Customer and the Seller.

4. Technical Requirements

1. To use the Store, including browsing the assortment and placing orders, the following is required:

• A terminal device with Internet access and a web browser.
• An active electronic mail (e-mail) account.
• Cookies and JavaScript enabled.

5. Placing and Execution of Orders

1. Information about goods provided in the Store constitutes an invitation to conclude an agreement.

2. Orders can be placed via external platforms linked from the Store, or directly through the Seller's contact channels.

6. Prices and Payments

1. Prices given alongside goods are expressed in Polish Zloty (PLN) or foreign currency depending on the platform and include applicable taxes.

2. The Customer has at their disposal payment methods provided by the specific trading platform or traditional bank transfer agreed upon with the Seller.

7. Delivery

1. Delivery of Goods is carried out to the address specified by the Customer in the order.

2. Delivery costs are specified each time during the order placement process on the relevant trading platform.

8. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

1. A Consumer who has concluded a distance contract has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day of taking possession of the Goods.

2. A statement of withdrawal should be sent electronically to the e-mail address: maksstanek77@gmail.com.

3. The goods should be returned to: ul. Skalna 22, 32-082 Karniowice, Poland, no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal.

4. Direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the Customer.

9. Complaints and Warranty

1. The Seller is obliged to deliver Goods free from defects.

2. Complaints should be reported electronically to e-mail: maksstanek77@gmail.com or to ul. Skalna 22, 32-082 Karniowice, Poland.

10. Out-of-court Dispute Resolution

1. The Consumer has the option to use the EU ODR platform available at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

11. Personal Data Protection (Privacy Policy)

1. Rules for processing personal data are described in the Privacy Policy section below.

12. Final Provisions

1. Agreements concluded through the Store are made in English / Polish.

2. Matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Polish law.
